Old Bay Tuna Skewers

8 ounces fresh water albacore tuna steak

1 tablespoon  Old Bay Seasoning

2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

2 tablespoons olive oil

1/4 cup fresh basil leaves or 1.5 teaspoons of dried basil leaves

1 tablespoon honey

Cut tuna into 1 to 2 inch cubes (large enough for skewers). Mix the rest of the ingredients in a bowl with whisk. Roll tuna cubes into marinade and place into a plastic bag. When all tuna has been rolled through, pour remaining marinade into ziplock with tuna, place in fridge for 20 minutes. Remove tuna and skewer pieces (if you don’t own skewers, you can place pieces on aluminum foil on grill), place on grill, medium heat. Tuna cooks fast so you only need a few minutes on either side. Whatever you don’t eat can be stored for a future meal. I usually compliment with roasted zucchini and red/yellow bell peppers.
