Baked Chicken Breasts
Take as many boneless skinless chicken breasts as you want to make.
Baste them with egg whites
Coat in almond or pecan flour (you can buy this at Whole Foods or make your own by pureeing your favorite raw nut)
Bake at 350 degrees until cooked (30-40 min)
