Spinach & Orange Salad
with Balsamic Vinaigrette

Ingredients:
6 cups Farm Stand® Fresh Spinach Leaves
2 Farm Stand Navel Oranges, sectioned
¼ cup thinly sliced shallots
¼ cup sliced natural almonds
¼ cup reduced fat blue cheese crumbles
1/3 cup prepared light balsamic vinaigrette
Directions:
- In large bowl, combine spinach, orange sections, shallots, almonds and blue cheese.
- Toss salad with salad dressing and serve immediately.
