Mike’s Breakfast Protein Spheres

1 package gluten free oatmeal

1 tablespoon gluten free peanut butter

1 scoop of chocolate protein powder (Could use other flavors, however never tried them)

1/2 tablespoon of almond milk

In a medium-sized bowl pour in 1 package of gluten free oatmeal

Add little dabs of gluten free peanut butter totaling 1 tablespoon throughout the bowl

Pour one scoop of protein powder in bowl

Mix the ingredients together

Add just enough almond milk to make it into a thick formable consistency.

Separate into balls, cookies, bars, whatever you like

Place on wax paper and place in freezer for 3 hours, take the out and let them thaw awhile, then enjoy (not sure how much this step matters, but this is what I do.)
