Cheater Chicken Salad

Cooked Chicken/ chopped tiny pieces

squirt of fat free or low fat ranch dressing (just a dab, less than a teaspoon)

chopped celery

chopped onion (I like the sweet ones)

almonds chopped (if its allowed)

chopped cucumber

chopped peppers (basically any veggie you like)

When you chop it all up very tiny, all the flavors blend. I love it ice cold! I love it with a wrap, or 1/2 english muffin (when allowed) or just eat it plain with more veggies (just not carrots)
