Squats

From Gerry: If I ever dreamed of being a catcher in baseball, I had a harsh wake-up call this morning. I barely survived a 30-second squat without crying and begging for mercy. Can’t imagine making a living in that position.

    Oh, you’ll be on the Daily Herald women’s softball team this summer, for certain. I hear they are looking for a good catcher!
