Healthier already!

From Kristen: I can’t wait for the field trip to Whole Foods because I am not much of a cook and I am getting a little tired of grilled chicken salads — and it’s only day 3! Breakfasts and lunches are much easier for me, but I miss the variety at dinner.  It’s well worth it, though. I can’t believe how much healthier I feel in such a short time.

  1. Here are some new food ideas I learned for those who might want to follow along: turkey burgers wrapped in lettuce, fajitas without the shell, small steak and sweet potato, lean turkey chili (with non-canned beans), and breakfast for dinner (eggs, lean turkey sausage, etc.).
