Where am I and who are you?

From Matt:  That is how I felt during my workout last Thursday. In the middle of my workout, my eyes rollled back and I knew I was going to hit the floor. Fortunately for me, Mark was there to make sure I was OK.

It can be an uneasy feeling when you know you are going to pass out. I sat there on the floor with sweat pouring out of my body trying to figure out what I did wrong to have this happen. After 2 bottles of water and an apple, provided by my guru body mechanic, things started to clear up.

My blood pressure dropped. I have been on blood pressure medication for about 6 years or so. With this amazing program, I have been able to drop my blood pressure. I monitored it all weekend and it was 102/59. After consulting with my physician today, I am happy to announce that he has taken me off the blood pressure medication as long as I monitor it. One goal met and only 6 weeks into the program. Thanks you again Guru Mark.

Matt that is so scary! I can not imagine what everyone at push was thinking when you went down. I was asking Tony the other day how to they know when its a serious medical issue or just a workout issue. I was told its all in the eyes of the victim. Thank god we have good Push people there to allow us to trust our bodies. I am emergency services and would be calling 911. Please take it easy at boot camp. You dont want to put me in “work mode”!
