Healthier already!

From Kristen: I can’t wait for the field trip to Whole Foods because I am not much of a cook and I am getting a little tired of grilled chicken salads — and it’s only day 3! Breakfasts and lunches are much easier for me, but I miss the variety at dinner.  It’s well worth it, though. I can’t believe how much healthier I feel in such a short time.

Cooking tips?

From Dee: I am curious for the cooking tips … I never thought that peanut butter (the fat) could taste so good on an apple (the fruit)! The hard part so far was cooking a pork roast and meat loaf for dinners for hubby and myself and had to stay at the 4-ounce protein amount.

Eating 5 times a day!

From Bob: The biggest adjustment that I’m having is eating 5 meals a day! I understand how important this is to keep my metabolism running, however the amount of time and thought that goes into each meal is very time consuming. Each day gets a little easier! My body is starting to get over the initial soreness from the first few workouts, I can’t express enough how fortunate I feel to have this opportunity!”
